Thank you for volunteering for Giving Hope. We have invited 85 families this year so thank you for your willingness to share the joy of Christ with so many.  This program is not possible without volunteers to help spread the gospel message and show the true meaning of Christmas to our guests.

Volunteer Information:

• Family Host Orientation (For Family Host Volunteers Only): If you have not been a Family Host before, please consider attending the Orientation that will be held prior to Giving Hope. This will outline expectations, opportunity to hear what the speaker will be highlighting and a chance to ask any questions. (First Baptist Church, Monday, December 9th at 6:00pm)
• What to wear to Giving Hope on Sunday: A red shirt or a Giving Hope t-shirt (we encourage you to wear prior year
  shirts). You may wear jeans and comfortable shoes.
• When to arrive: Please see list below for arrival times based upon your assigned team. (4:30 PM Dinner Event, doors open at 4:15)
  • Transportation/Parking Lot Team: 3:00 PM
  • Registration Team: 3:30 PM
  • Food Serving Team: 3:30 PM
  • Toy Room Team: 4:45 PM
  • Family Host: 3:15 PM
  • Setup/Décor Team: 2:15 PM
• Parking: Park on the west side of the parking lot (second entrance to the church).
• Please consider making a financial contribution to ensure the continuation of Giving Hope outreach to our
