Thank you for volunteering for Giving Hope. We have invited 120 families this year so thank you for your willingness to share the joy of Christ with so many. This program is not possible without volunteers to help spread the gospel message and show the true meaning of Christmas to our guests.
Volunteer Information:
- What to wear to Giving Hope on Sunday: A red shirt or a Giving Hope t-shirt (we encourage you to wear prior year shirts). Giving Hope shirts may be available. If so, we ask for a $5 donation.
- You may wear jeans and comfortable shoes.

When to arrive: Please see list below for arrival times based upon your assigned team. (5:15 PM Dinner Event, doors open at 4:45)
- Set up / Decor team 1:45 to 4:45
- Transportation/Parking Lot Team: 3:00 PM
- Registration Team: 3:30 PM
- Food Serving Team: 3:00 PM
- Toy Room Team: 4:45 PM
- Family Host: 3:45 PM
- Parking: Park on the south side of the building (as you pull in, go to the right) of the parking lot.
- Most importantly – Please be in prayer over each of our guests and for fellow volunteers.
